Elastic's Privacy Request Page

This request page is applicable only for residents of the state of California. If you are a California resident and wish to contact Elastic regarding a data privacy request, please submit a privacy request to either request to know your information (specific categories or pieces of information), to correct your information or to delete your information.

If you have an Elastic login, select “yes” and then log in using your account credentials. If you do not have an Elastic login, select “no” and then complete the required contact information fields so we may confirm your identity. If your name, email or phone number differs from your Elastic account, please provide that information in the 'Request Details' box.

Important note: The information you submit will only be used to respond to your inquiry. You will receive acknowledgement of your request within 10 days and a response within 45 days. If we require more time to provide a response (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you are authorized to submit a request on behalf of a California resident, please email us at privacy@elastic.com and provide the following information:

1. To verify your authority: written permission from the California resident or a power of attorney;
2. To verify your identity: a Valid Government Issued ID (not expired);
3. To verify the California resident's identity: the resident's Valid Government Issued ID (not expired), name and email address and a Utility Bill, Bank Statement or similar documentation.
